This stunning garden in Hadley Wood has an uniterupted view over the rolling hills and open countryside of Hertfordshire. The design is a subtle mix of contemporary and exotic with a decking patio and an additional seating area with a bespoke custom made circular seat. The gravel and paving stone paths lead the eye through the garden and on to the breathtaking views beyond.
Even though this garden is in the open countryside where winter temperatures are bound to be several degees lower than the inner city, the heavy frosts still allow for exotic plants such as palm trees, tree ferns, bananas, cordylines and agapanthus - a simple but very effective design.
