Our brief for this miniscule shaded outdoor space was to provide our client with built in seating, hardwood ipe decking and a low maintenance minimalist contemporary planting. In a garden measuring a mere 3.1m x 1.6m we have created possibly the smallest garden in London. Computerised automatic irrigation provides easy maintenance. The addition of stainless steel deck lights, and mood lighting for the focal point planting, transforms this otherwise unused space into an intimate contemporary terrace garden for both day and night.
