The design and landscaping of this tranquil cool oasis included a 4m x 3m pond surrounded by a planting of jungle foliage including tree ferns, palm trees and banana trees. We avoided making the pond contrived by care to planting and selection and arranging of the 5 tons of reconstituted Westmoreland rock needed to create it. The pond, a focal point of the garden and viewed from the living room and kitchen, was designed for our client's interest in carp with a shallow end for spawning.
